Is Fear Stealing Your Transformation Success?

Do you know anyone who could be great at what they do, but fear and anxiety are holding them back? Or Could that person, be you?

“I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear" - Nelson Mandela.

Fear deprives people of trying new things; it keeps people in the same place where they are not happy for years. Many of us tell ourselves we are happy where we are because we are too worried about what could go wrong if we made that step to change.

If you are trying to achieve something in life that is worth achieving, you will feel fear, and you will get anxious at some point. It is inevitable. You will also have the voices in your head that may tell you, “You are not good enough.” Even the loud noise of some people around you.

Most successful people are afraid too. The difference how they deal with it. I get very anxious and frightened when I am terrified I do these three things. I have often found that you starting is the most difficult. If there is something, I am worried about I try my best to do it more, so that I can get past the discomfort stage.

I am an inquisitive person, in an excellent way of course. I love learning; I am learning a lot from my mentors, most of whom have real rugs to riches stories and are now very successful. No one I know has said they do not feel afraid when they a big project. They just put themselves in that uncomfortable position, because they know that what is beyond is excellent.

If you have a project, you are putting off or are not moving to where you want to be. Here are some things that might help you:

"You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you stop to look fear in the face. You can say to yourself, 'I lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along." - Eleanor Roosevelt, Former American First Lady.

"Remember your dreams and fight for them. You must know what you want from life. There is just one thing that makes your dream impossible: the fear of failure." - Paulo Coelho

"Do what you fear, and anxiety disappears." - David Joseph Schwartz

"We must go forward with hope and not backward by fear and division." - Jesse Jackson
