How does the programme work?

You have two options to choose from; Group coaching, and one-to-one coaching.

Group Coaching

This is a rolling programme, I conduct the 12 sessions  over the course of 12 months with three groups running per year. Intakes start in January, May, and September.

We work together via Zoom and Skype calls, which take approximately one hour. These sessions are powerful and offer shared learning opportunities.

One-to-One Coaching

If you cannot wait to start, or you want to have sessions at your own pace and privacy, then one-to-one coaching is for you. With the one-to-one high-performance executive coaching, you get the benefits of working directly with me thereby receiving my undivided attention and an extra level of privacy.

One-to-one coaching is the most preferred choice for busy executives who prefer a deluxe service. The sessions can be held in person or via Zoom or Skype call or a mixture to suit the client. You or your assistant can contact me directly to discuss your needs and check the availability of these premium slots run out quickly.

For both programmes

  • After each session, you will receive worksheets to will help you take the concepts you learned to a higher level which provides frameworks and tools you can use immediately.
  • You will receive a recording of each session and follow-up documents that highlight the major insights, accomplishments, and commitments from each session.
  • The sessions are approximately one-hour long.

PART ONE: Core Underpinning High-Performance

The first six sessions will cover the following:

SESSION 1. FOCAL POINT

Goal: To ascertain your focus, level of agency, commitment, and habits.

The FOCAL POINTS session is about determining:
  • Where you currently focus your attention
  • What level of control feels you have in your life
  • What practices help you to perform at your highest level
  • What habits delay you from reaching your highest levels of performance.
     

SESSION 2. CLARITY

Goal: To define who you want to be and creating a clear vision of your best self, thereby helping you to gain immediate, behavioural-driven clarity and intentionality.


The CLARITY session about exploring:
  • Where your strengths lay
  • Where there are gaps in clarity about
  • What you aim to achieve in your life.
  • How you want to interact with others,
  • What life beliefs and actions will make you most successful, so you move forward more quickly.

SESSION 3. ENERGY

Goal: To determine your working patterns and what the level energy you generate each day and assist you in gaining immediate gains improvements

The ENERGY session is about establishing:

  • How much energy you have each day
  • How you can increase energy levels, so you can achieve the vibrancy and endurance needed to enjoy a fully charged life
  • What tools you can deploy to improve the energy you feel and generate daily.

SESSION 4. COURAGE

Goal: To assist you in increasing courage, confidence, decisiveness, self-esteem and momentum Research shows that the world’s highest performers act courageously in facing their challenges and in accomplishing their goals.

The COURAGE session is about discussing:
  • Where you feel you have been confident and courageous in your life and
  • What situations, stereotypes, and imperfections may be holding you back from achieving your goals.
  • Tools can help you regain control, courage, confidence, decisiveness, and momentum.

SESSION 5. PRODUCTIVITY

Goal: To ascertain your current level of productivity and effectiveness in professional and personal life and work towards some quick wins to immediately improve productivity.

The PRODUCTIVITY session is about ascertaining:

How productivity is one of the most important topics in High Performance
What set of tools and concepts would work best for you quickly and easily improve areas of your life where you may be as productive as you want.
How to focus is on helping you immediately become more effective and productive every day.

SESSION 6 . INFLUENCE

Goal: To explore your immediate level influential in your relationships both personal and professional

The INFLUENCE session is about exploring:
  • What influence means to you
  • How influential do currently you feel in your relationships and how you could build on that.
  • What tools and concepts will raise your level of action and immediately help you become more influential in your personal and professional relationships alike.

PART TWO: Trailblazing the Six Pillars of High-Performance

The final six sessions will cover mastery level coaching

SESSION 7. PSYCHOLOGY MASTERY

Goal: To assist you in developing a free, consciously-directed, positively engaged mind.

The PSYCHOLOGY MASTERY session is about:
  • Delving deeper into the six pillars of high-performance, leveraging psychology, physiology, persuasive skills, presence, and purpose.
  • Developing a free, consciously-directed, positively engaged mind.
  • How you can learn and create a high-performance mindset your life.

SESSION 8. PHYSIOLOGY MASTERY

Goal: To gain additional advanced energy and physiology tools.

The PHYSIOLOGY MASTERY session is about:
  • Building on from your energy work from Session three.
  • Exploring tools to help you further activate your physiology in ways that make you feel even stronger and more vibrant
  • Taking your energy levels to an exponential level allowing you to progress even faster to your goals.

SESSION 9. PRODUCTIVITY MASTERY

Goal: To enable you to review and advance your productivity mastery levels and cutting out the super helper syndrome.

The PRODUCTIVITY MASTERY session is about:
  • Reviewing your productivity levels from the fundamentals
  • Identifying further ways in which you can become even more effective based on where you are since the start of the coaching programme
  • Carefully explore how you can cut out distractive activities and drop your ‘super helper syndrome.’
  • Levelling up your ability to reach your goals.

SESSION 10. PERSUASION MASTERY

Goal: To explore how you can use the power of persuasion and conviction to motivate and drive your people skills in a positive way.

The PERSUASION MASTERY session is about:
  • Gauging how persuasive and influential you’ve felt in your relationships since the start of the coaching process
  • Targeting areas in which you have identified where can be more persuasive
  • Learning tools to help you further increase your level of persuasion, so you make a positive impact.

SESSION 11. PURPOSE MASTERY

Goal: To help you examine and deep-diving specifically into your life’s purpose.

Purpose underlie much of the work we have done to date. The PURPOSE MASTERY is about:

  1. Helping you develop even greater meaning leading to happiness.
  2. Focusing on assessing how well you have been leading by your life’s purpose
  3. Learning tools to help you enhance your life’s purpose and develop gratitude and happiness habits.

SESSION 12. COMMITMENT TO HIGH-PERFORMANCE

Goal: To review and consolidate you progress plus making commitments for change.

The COMMITMENT TO HIGH-PERFORMANCE session is about:
  • Checking in on your performance and define your best areas for commitment and discipline moving forward.
  • Developing your next steps; to continue your journey to achieving your potential in the long term
  • Commitment to fulfilling your goals and purpose
  • Promote commitment to lifelong discipline and mastery to high-performance.
